    2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, divided
    2 tablespoons margarine, softened
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice, chilled
    1 egg white
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 (8 ounces) can unsweetened, crushed pineapple, drained

    Combine 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, margarine and cinnamon. Press
    mixture into an 8-inch square pan; set aside.

    Combine next 4 ingredients in chilled glass bowl, beat at high speed on
    electric mixer for 3 minutes. Add sugar and beat an additional 3 minutes;
    fold in pineapple and spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining graham
    cracker crumbs on top.

    Freeze 8 hours. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.

    Makes 9 servings. Each serving contains about 105 calories, 3 grams fat,
    0.6 mg cholesterol and 92 mg sodium.
