CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE

Very quick and delicious.
List of Ingredients
1 large or 2 small cans green chilis
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (1 can)
4 eggs
3 T. flour
1 # cheddar cheese, shredded
1 # Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 8 0z. can tomato sauce (or salsa)
Recipe
Drain chilis, split chilis open and spread of bottom of 9 X 13-inch baking dish. Combine milk, eggs,and flour in a mixing bowl and blend. Pour over chilis. Sprinkle all of the cheddar cheese over the mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in 325 degree oven. Remove dish from oven. Spread tomato sauce (or salsa) over the top, and top with the Montery Jack cheese. Return to oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until bubbly.
