    Very tasty and easy recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    6 med potatoes, peeled and diced
    6 celery stalks, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    6 T. flour
    1/2 t. pepper
    2 carrots, diced
    1 qts. water
    6 T. butter
    1 t. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk

    Recipe



    In large kettle, cook potatoes, carrots, and celery in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid and set vegetables aside. In same kettle saute onion in butter until soft, stir in flour, salt and pepper; gradually adding milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Gently stir in cooked vegetables. Add 1 cup more of reserved cooking liquid until soup is desired consistency
