    This is the ultimate tart dough

    List of Ingredients




    2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    8 ounces unsalted butter, cold
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 cup heavy cream

    Recipe



    Process dry ingredients in cuisinart.
    Cube butter and add.
    Pulse until cornmeal consistency.
    Add cream and egg yolk.
    Process until dough just comes together.
    You may need to add a touch more cream.
