Roasted Brussels sprouts

1 1/2 Lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and cleaned
3 Tbl olive oil
1/2 -3/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper.
Spread on a sheet pan and roast for 30-45 minutes. Shake pan every 10-15 minutes so that sprouts will brown evenly.
They should be crisp and brown on the outside and very tender and creamy on the inside. Sprinkle with additional salt - serve hot
