    Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients

    6-8 portabello mushrooms
    4 tablespoons butter
    8 ounces cream cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp,cooled and crumbled
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or provolone cheese, grated

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
    Saute mushroom caps in butter for about 5 minutes, reserving the remaining butter.
    Place caps in an oven-proof dish.
    Mix the cream cheese and bacon, and top mushrooms.
    caps, dividing mixture evenly.
    Top with the grated cheese.
    Pour the reserved butter around mushrooms and bake for about 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted, at 375 degrees
