Thank you for posting all your recipes. Your General Tso's Chicken was the reason I joined your old site. I'm not a premium member there anymore and I'm glad I found you here. Every recipe I've tried of yours has turned out wonderfully.

I first became familiar with your recipies on Cookstalk. Appreciated your sense of humor as well as your recipies. I was known as Eborg. Nice collection of recipies here. Hello there Meanie! Thank you so much for the collection you've allowed us access to. I have been a fan of your food for years. I still contend to this day that my husband didn't really fall in love with me until I served him your Chicken Cordon Bleu. Nice to have found you and more of your recipes. Although I'm not allowed to post on the boards of Zaar anymore (touchy and biased people on that site), I've missed reading you. You were a great asset to Zaar and the site is missing out on a lot by losing you. I've made several of your recipes from Zaar which are delicious. I'm sure I'll try many from here.

I am so HAPPY to have found your site and recipes. I saved some of your recipes from another site and lost them. I am thrilled and releived to have access once again to these delicious recipes. I have managed to impress many people with the recipes I have tried. (Lamb you can eat with a spoon, chocolate ganache, and roasted cauliflower soup to name a few). Gee, I've really missed you over at Zaar! Why did you leave? You have given many, many of my favorite recipes - Vietnamese Chicken Salad, Pulled Pork, Chipotle Chicken and Spinach, Chipotle Chicken Tacos....just to name a few. When looking for inspiration, I know I can trust your recipes! Thank you thank you. I've tried the message board at FC, but find it rather hard to navigate - but then again, I'm sure I have ADD since I have no patience sometimes!!
