Your Bolognese has been a staple in our family since we got married 15 years ago. My mum introduced me to your recipes and you've never steered us wrong. The Bolognese; however, remains our favourite. I even made it once at a destination wedding as a surprise for the bride and groom for the reherseal dinner. My husband literally won't let me think about touching it before the 4 hour mark at the earliest, no matter how late I may have gotten started. Thank you for sharing your recipes with us and all your hard work. We sincerely appreciate it.
