    Unknown

    List of Ingredients

    2/3 cups Hershey's Cocoa
    3 Cups sugar
    1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk (whole milk)
    1/4 cup butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe

    1. Combine: Cocoa, Sugar, Salt in a large saucepan (3 quart size).
    2. Add milk gradually, mix thouroughly, bring to a "bubbly" boil on high heat, stirring continuously.
    3. Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil the mixture, (stir only occasionally), until it reaches a temperature of 232 degrees Farenheight, or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water. (Try picking up the amount dropped into cold water with your fingers to form the soft ball!)
    4. Remove from heat; set pan in cold water to cool and add butter and vanilla (before mixture is cool).
    5. Beat until fudge thickens and looses some of its gloss.
    6. As soon as it looses it gloss - quickly form fudge in a buttered pan. (8"x8"x2").
    7. Cool. Cut into squares. Yields about 3 dozen squared
