    • 10" by 6" baking dish.
    • 1 can cream of celery soup.
    • 3 eggs, beaten.
    • 1 1/2 cup biscuit mix.
    • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese.
    • 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained.
    • 1/4 cup chopped pimento.
    • 1/3 cup very hot water.

    • Preheat oven to 350°

    1. In a bowl, stir soup, eggs, tuna, pimento and set aside.
    2. Mix biscuit mix and hot water well.
    3. Knead on floured surface until smooth.
    4. Press dough into bottom and up side of baking dish.
    5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on dough.
    6. Add tuna mixture, top with remaining cheese.
    7. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until center is set.
    8. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
