    Cookies
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup honey
    2/3 cup margarine
    3 eggs
    3 3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 cup nuts and coconut (optional)

    Icing
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
    2 16 oz. boxes powdered sugar
    Orange juice to make spreadable

    Recipe



    1. Beat together sugar, honey, margarine and eggs.
    2. Gradually add dry ingredients, alternately with sour cream, to creamed mixture.
    3. Drop on greased baking sheet.
    4. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
    5. Let cool, add icing and enjoy!
