    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup shortening
    • 1/4 cup stick margarine
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    1) Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, margarine and egg in a bowl. Stir the rest of the ingredients in. Refridgerate for 90 minutes or until ready.
    2) Heat oven to 375 degrees.
    3) Make one inch balls with dough, and place the balls on the cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork.
    4) Bake for 10 minutes, until the cookies brown. Then let the cookies cool and eat them.
