    List of Ingredients




    3 cups granulated sugar
    2 oz. jar instant coffee (Spice Island)
    2 cups boiling water
    1 5th of cheap brandy
    1 vanilla bean

    Recipe



    Pour all ingredients into half gallon jar. Hang vanilla bean on string. Drop down into mixture. Cover tightly. Store 30 days in cool place such as basement or garage. Remove bean after 60 days. Bottle as desired.
