    Dressing
    • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 1/2 - 2/3 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp pepper
    • 1 tsp salt

    Salad
    • 1 pkg frozen petit peas, thawed
    • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    • 2 cans black beans, drained
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • 1 red pepper, chopped
    • 1 cup celery chopped

    Recipe



    • Combine dressing ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Boil 2-3 minutes. Cool.
    • Combine dressing with salad ingredients. Let sit at room temperature for about an hour.
    • Refrigerate.
