    In a large pot, cover leftover turkey carcass with water, bring to boil.

    Add:
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    ½ tsp pepper
    4 chicken bouillon cubes

    Reduce heat to a slow rolling boil for about one hour.
    Strain into a large pan or bowl. Rinse original pot and pour broth back in.

    1 large chopped onion
    3 stalks chopped celery
    5-6 medium chopped carrots
    Cut up zucchini or potatoes
    ½-1 cup frozen peas
    Add other veggies as desired

    Allow the carcass to cool until you can handle it, then pick the meat from the turkey carcass, chop and put in pot. (You can wait to put the meat in until it’s almost ready if you want firmer pieces of meat)

    (Mix 1 additional chicken bouillon cube to one cup of water as needed to top off pot. Usually about one quart & 4 cubes).

    Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer until the carrots are done and most of the peas sink, about 2 hours. I turn off and skim the excess fat and floaties from the top.

    Season salt to taste. Enjoy!
