4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. carraway seeds


Recipe

Combine ingredients, beat until smooth. Serve at room temperature with slices of cold crisp apples or serve with crackers or toasted bread.

Yield: 3 cups
