List of Ingredients

2 c sour cream
1 c mayo
1 envelope Knorr's veggie soup mix
a pinch of crushed dill weed
small onion, chopped fine (1/4-1/2 cup)
1 T minced onion (the kind that comes dried in a jar), optional
8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 pkg frozen spinach thawed, and squeezed to remove water


Recipe

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavors to blend. This is great served in a hollowed out bread bowl with french bread dippers and a tray of cut up veggies.
