    Mexican Roll-ups

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    6 green onions, finely chopped
    4 1/2-oz. can black olives, finely chopped
    1/2 sweet red pepper, finely chopped (optional)
    1 (8.5-oz). pkg flour tortillas
    1 jar salsa (for dipping the roll-ups)

    Recipe

    Thoroughly combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small mixing bowl. Add chopped onions, black olives, and red pepper. Blend well.

    Spread a thin layer of the creamy mixture on each tortilla, and roll up, like a jelly roll. Place tortillas in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

    Just before serving, slice the tortillas in 1" portions and place on serving tray with the salsa in a bowl for dipping
