    Sesame Chicken Wings w/Polynesian Glaze

    List of Ingredients




    18 chicken wings -- cut into 2 sections
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds -- toasted
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup butter -- melted
    Polynesian Glaze (recipe below)

    Combine sesame seeds, bread crumbs, paprika and salt. Dip chicken pieces into cream, coating completely, then roll in crumb mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour. Place butter in 9 x 13" baking dish. Melt in oven while oven preheats to 375. Turn chicken in butter, coating completely. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with Polynesian Glaze.

    Polynesian Glaze:
    1 jar apricot preserves
    1 cup crushed pineapple
    1/2 cup catsup
    4 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon dry mustard

    Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Lower heat, simmer 1 minute.
