1 package Boursin Herb and Garlic Cheese
4 oz. cold-smoked salmon (lox)
Dill weed to taste
Splash or two of lemon juice




Recipe

Throw everything in the food processor and whirl until smooth.

Serve with bagel chips or multigrain crackers.
