    Also a good dipping sauce for chicken nuggets, etc.

    List of Ingredients

    28 ounces catsup
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup vinegar
    1 tbsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe

    Combine ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.

    For country-style pork ribs:
    Drizzle a little sauce in the bottom of a roaster, then place one layer of country-style pork ribs and drizzle with more sauce. If you like onion, sprinkle with finely chopped onion also. Add another layer of ribs, sauce (and onion, if desired). On the top layer, try to coat all surfaces of the meat with sauce. Cover and bake at 300F for 2 1/2 or 3 hours, occasionally turning and rearranging the pieces - bringing the bottom ones to the top and spooning sauce over them again. Cook uncovered for the last 45 or so minutes, so the sauce cooks down nicely.

    This is one messy meal, but it's heavenly! And if it cooks so tender it starts falling apart, no problem - put in on a bun . . .
