    5 medium-large Russet potatoes
    2 yellow onion
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Finely shred potatoes and onions. Melt butter and mix with eggs, salt & pepper. Pour liquid mixture into potatoes & onions and mix well. Spread into a 13x9 pan and bake covered at 350� for 1 hour and uncovered for another hour.
