    A pretty dish is meat loaf baked in a ring mold and filled with green peas or another vegetable.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 pounds ground round
    3/4 cup prepared stuffing mix
    1 cup finely chopped apples
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
    1/2 cup ketchup

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and pack into greased loaf pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
