    List of Ingredients




    1 can condensed onion or mushroom soup
    1½ pounds ground beef
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tbsp. flour
    1/4 cup catsup
    1/4 cup water
    1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tbsp. prepared mustard

    Recipe



    Combine 1/3 cup of the soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt & pepper; mix well and shape into large patties.

    Brown patties over medium-high heat, remove from skillet and spoon off excess grease.

    Blend flour into meat drippings and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Add remaining soup, catsup, water, worcestershire and mustard - blend until smooth and cook a minute or two longer, still stirring.

    Place meat patties in shallow baking dish, pour gravy over and bake at 300 about 20 minutes, or until heated through.
