Meatloaf, Best-Ever!

May be cooking in microwave oven by using a microwavable ring mold . . . cook on HI for about 15 minutes.

SAUCE:
1/4 cup brown sugar
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
LOAF:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 slightly beaten eggs
1� tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients, and set aside.
Combine beef, onion, crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper and half of sauce mixture.
Place in loaf pan and spoon remaining sauce over. Bake at 350� for one hour.
