Crockpot Boston Butt

3 pounds Boston butt -- (3- to 4-lb. whole)
1/3 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce -- (or more)
1/3 cup light brown sugar -- (or more)
Recipe
Place meat in slow cooker. Saturate with Worcestershire sauce (because the sauce is such a huge part of the recipe, it is best to use this particular brand or you'll end up with a different flavor to your dish). Sprinkle all over with brown sugar. Cover and cook on high setting for 1 hour, then reduce to low and continue cooking for the rest of the day.
