    2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes (I used stew meat)
    1 can ff cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can diet 7-up or sprite

    Recipe



    Layer ingredients in crockpot in order given (I added sliced mushrooms on top of the meat and poured a little red wine over it)Pour 7-Up over all, and cook on low 6 hours.

    Before serving,remove about 3/4 of the liquid and place in saucepan, bring to a simmer; in a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water, and add to simmering liquid. Let simmer 2 minutes to thicken, then return to the meat in the crockpot. Serve over rice or noodles.

    This is 5.5 WW points per serving without rice or noodles.
