    Easiest Beef Stroganoff

    Recipe Introduction

    This is one of my family's favorite meals...and I love it because it's soooo simple to make!

    List of Ingredients

    4-5 strips bacon
    1 pound hamburger
    1 pt sour cream
    1 can cream mushroom soup

    Recipe

    Brown the bacon until crispy. Brown hamburger in bacon grease. Drain excess juices. Mix together sour cream, soup, hamburger and crumbled bacon. Serve over rice or noodles.
