    Lime Steak Fajitas for GF grill

    List of Ingredients

    1/2lb flank steak
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 small white onion

    8 flour tortillas
    1/2 cheddar cheese, shredded
    Sour cream
    non fat cooking spray

    Recipe

    Remove visible fat from steak, cut into very thin slices, and place in a flat glass pan. Mix together lime juice and black pepper and pour over steak. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.

    Cut peppers into thin slices. Cut onion into thin slices and separate into rings.

    Coat grill with cooking spray, and preheat 5 minutes

    Grill steak 3 minutes, add peppers and onions, grill 4-5 minutes

    To serve, fill tortillas with meat and veggies, top with cheese and sour cream.
