2 Lbs. lean ground beef (94% fat free)
2 cups of italian style bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/3 cup of skim milk
pepper, salt and oregano to taste
honey barbeque sauce (for basting)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Meanwhile, place your ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, pepper, salt, oregano and milk in a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Make your mold and place on a cookie sheet that is lightly greased (I use aluminum foil and spray a little bit of pam and then wipe it off so that the meatloaf won't stick).
When the oven has reached 350°, baste your meatloaf with honey barbeque sauce; using a brush just brush some all over the meatloaf. Bake for 30 minutes and baste again with honey sauce. Bake for an additional 30 minutes; baste one last time and bake for another 30 minutes.
