1/3 c. A-1 Sauce
1/4 c. apple juice or bourbon
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 T. vegetable oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1--2 pound Sirloin steak, about 1 inch thick
Recipe
Mix marinade ingredients together in a small bowl and stir well. Marinate steak in a large plastic baggie in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove and discard marinade. Grill or Broil to desired doneness.
