    Spinach Stroganoff Pie

    List of Ingredients

    garlic, chopped
    onion, chopped
    1# ground beef
    salt/pepper to taste
    dash of chili powder
    dash of cinnamon
    refrigerator crescent rolls
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c sour cream
    1 (10oz) pkg. Frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
    shredded jack cheese as needed
    melted butter as needed
    grated parmesan as needed

    Recipe

    Put onion/garlic & bit of pepper to saute in smidge of oil in pan; add ground beef & brown til no longer pink. Add remaining seasonings about halfway through the browning process.

    Meanwhile, separate the crescent rolls & line a pie pan with wide ends to the middle & pointed ends hanging over the edge. Combine soup with sour cream.

    Remove meat mix from heat & add spinach & as much cheese as you like; then fold in the soup/sour cream mix.

    Spoon mixture into pie pan, pulling the pointed ends of the crescent rolls across the filling to the middle. Drizzle with melted butter & sprinkle with grated parmesan.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven til crescents are golden brown & filling is thick & bubbly, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let sit a bit before slicing & serving.
