1 beaten egg
1 (10¾ oz) can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
1/4 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
2 T finely chopped onion
1 tsp snipped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1# ground beef
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
Recipe
Combine egg & 1/4 C of the soup. Stir in rice, onion, parsley, salt & pepper. Add ground beef; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs, place in 10-inch skillet. Combine remaining soup, Worcestershire sauce & water; add to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 35 to 40 minutes, stirring often.
