Meat tenderizer
Celery salt
Onion salt
Mix enough equally to cover brisket in a rub.
Trim off some fat. Poke holes on both sides of brisket. Rub with above mixture.
These next measurements are approximate – adjust to your brisket.
2 cups WISHBONE Italian salad dressing (must be Wishbone)
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 cup Worchester sauce
1 cup Liquid Smoke
Mix together and pour over brisket. Let marinate.
Wrap brisket and liquids tightly with foil. Cook in oven or smoker at 250 for at least 8 to 10 hours.
