1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 tsp. minced onion
1 can Campbells Italian Tomato Soup, divided
Topping:
Reserved tomato soup
2 TBS. Brown Sugar
2 TBS. Vinegar
1/2 Cup white sugar
2 tsp. mustard
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together beef, crumbs, salt, pepper, eggs and onins and 1/2 can tomato soup. Form the meatloaf in a 5 X 9 X 3" pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix topping ingredients, bring to a boil. Pour over meat loaf and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
