    Sweet and Sour Meatballs

    List of Ingredients




    1 large can crushed pineapple, including juice
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
    32 oz ketchup
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 pound meatballs (prefrozen)

    Recipe



    Combine first five ingredients in a freezer zipper bag. Knead the ingredients until well blended. Add meatballs and squeeze out as much air as possible. Place in freezer. When ready to serve, place frozen mixture in a crockpot for 4-6 hours on low. Can also be baked for 50 minutes at 350. Serve with rice.

    This recipe is meant to be multiplied to have additional servings in the freezer.
