    1 - 1½ lbs. hamburger
    ½ - ¾ tsp. ground cumin
    ½ - ¾ tsp. paprika
    ¼ - ½ tsp. chili powder
    ¼ - ½ tsp. black pepper
    ¼ - ½ tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne, or to taste

    Recipe



    Mix spices into meat thoroughly. Shape into 3 - 4 patties for hamburger steaks; 6 - 8 patties for burgers. Cook on grill or griddle until done. Top with sautéed mushrooms & crumbled bleu cheese if desired.

    NOTE: For spicier mix, use the larger spice measurement with the smaller meat quantity.
