    List of Ingredients




    1 C evaporated milk
    1 C water
    3 Tbls flour
    4 Tbls cocoa
    Dash of salt
    8 tsp sugar
    1 C water
    Dash of nutmeg

    Recipe



    Heat milk & 1 C water to a fast boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat.

    In a mixing bowl, mix flour, cocoa, salt & sugar with 1 C water & mix until creamy. Add cocoa mixture to milk mixture & blend in well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Allow it to come to a carefully watched bubbly boil.

    Serve in mugs. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Yield: 2 Cups
