    List of Ingredients




    4 oz. vanilla yogurt
    4 oz. orange juice (or juice of your choice, just be sure it is 100% juice, not a juice cocktail)
    2 egg whites (or 4 t of powdered egg whites and 4 T of water or juice)
    2 t honey
    1 medium banana
    4 oz. fruit of choice (either fresh or frozen -- Kroger has a mix of strawberries, pineapple, and mango labeled as fruit for smoothies)

    Using a blender or stick blender, blend until smooth.

    NOTE: Using frozen fruit will make a thicker smoothie, closer to milkshake consistency.
