1 cup buttermilk
1 cup water
2 Tbs. sugar (or more to taste)
a few drops of rose water
crushed ice


Recipe

Beat the buttermilk and water until frothy and smooth. Add sugar and rose water. Mix well. To serve, put crushed ice in a glass and pour the lassi over the ice.
