    6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    2 egg whites

    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/3 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour two 8"x4"x2" loaf pans.

    2. Beat first four ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

    3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, applesauce, egg, egg whites, and oil. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture.

    4. Pour one-fourth of the batter into one of the pans. Carefully spread half of the cream cheese mixture over batter. Top cream cheese mixture with another fourth of batter. Repeat for other pan.

    5. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until bread tests done with wood pick. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack to cool completely. Store in refrigerator.
