Recipe Link: http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-fdcooking&msg=9189.1List of Ingredients 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted additional cheeseRecipe In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. (Batter will be thick.) Spoon into a greased 8-inch round cake pan. Drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with the additional cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes or so and cut into wedges. Serve warm.
