1¾ cups all purp flour
¾ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
½ stick butter, melted
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp orange rind, grated
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped orange sections
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400*.
Sift dry ingredients onto waxed paper; set aside.
In medium sized bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into wet just until moistened.
Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
