    Zucchini Bread from Ellen

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups zucchini
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    4 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon each salt and baking soda
    About 1 cup of walnuts

    Recipe

    Combine ingredients and pour into loaf pan sprayed with vegetable spray.

    Bake in 325 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
