    2 cups flour
    1-2/3 cups sugar
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 cup butterscotch morsels
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Glaze:
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup butterscotch morsels

    Recipe



    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.

    Melt the 1 cup of butterscotch morsels in the microwave.

    In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, eggs & vanilla extract. Add melted butterscotch morsels; then add dry ingredients.

    Spoon into a greased 10" fluted pan; bake 40-50 minutes at 350F; cool for 30 minutes; transfer to plate, slice, drizzle glaze and enjoy!

    Glaze:
    Combine milk and butterscotch morsels, heat until melted. Cool and drizzle over cake slices.

    The only changes I would make to this would be to double the glaze (lol!) and I bet adding nuts would be good too.
