    I got this from the Texas Long Cake that's baked in a jellyroll pan & you spread this icing on the cake while it's still hot. But I've used it for cupcakes, etc., and it's a nice all-around icing.

    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter
    4 tbsp. cocoa
    5 tbsp. buttermilk
    1 pound powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Combine butter, cocoa and buttermilk for icing. Bring to boiling and beat in powdered sugar.
