    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs, separated
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 baked pie shell
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Mix egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour into baked pie shell, set aside.

    Beat whites into soft peaks and add brown sugar. Beat until stiff, spread on filling & sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes.
