    No-Crust Chocolate Pecan Fudge Pie

    3/4 cup butter or margarine
    3 (1-ounce) envelopes Choco-Bake
    3 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Melt butter over low heat. Put Choco-Bake envelopes into bowl of hot water to make easier to remove. Add to melted butter. Beat eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer about 4-5 minutes.

    Gradually add sugar, beating until blended. Add chocolate mixture, flour, and vanilla, beating until blended. Stir in the pecans. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm.

    Cool. Serves 6-8. Serve with vanilla or chocolate
