    List of Ingredients




    4 cups fresh peaches -- peeled and sliced
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 dash salt
    2 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 pie crust (9 inch) -- unbaked, chilled

    Recipe



    Toss peaches with sugar, salt and tapioca. Spoon into unbaked pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes.
