    Succotash Skillet Dinner

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup raw macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1½ - 2 cups succotash (mine was leftover, so already cooked)
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    3/4 cup sour cream
    salt, black pepper & Cajun seasoning to taste
    chopped parsley for color

    Recipe

    Cook macaroni according to package directions.

    Brown ground beef & onion together until beef is cooked through and onion is still a little crispy (that's if you like your cooked onion left "a little crispy"; if not, cook it some more)

    Add soup, sour cream, succotash, seasonings & parsley. Drain the macaroni & add it too; mix well & serve.
