List of Ingredients

3/4 cup Butter
1 cup Vegetable Shortening (Crisco Butter Flavor)
2 cup Brown Sugar
2 cup Granulated Sugar
4 large Eggs
6 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 cup Oats
2 cup Corn Flakes Cereal (uncrushed)
2-3 cup Chips (12-18 oz.) [1 Cup White Chips/1 Cup Milk
Chocolate]
1 cup Coconut (optional)
1 cup Pecans or Walnuts (coarsely chopped)


Recipe

Miix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter and shortening in a microwave oven until very soft. Cream in brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture a 1/2 cup at a time. Mix in oats, cereal, chocolate chips, coconut (if desired), and nuts one at a time. Drop ice-cream scooper sized dough onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Bake in preheated 350-375
